alright this stuff is great. my sister heard about this plus white from walgreens
so we went the other day to pick some up. i'll give you a little
step by step process on how it works and yeah, it's great. ohh and i almost
forgot- it does not make my teeth sensitive: bonus!
step one: you see that tartar control rinse on the left; well you mix that with a little
water and rinse for about three seconds (weird i know but don't do it longer it burns)
step two: brush your teeth with no water
step three: use a q-tip to put the whitening gel on the teeth you
want whiter (duh) and then use the mouthpiece to let it sit for five minutes
i know you guys can read directions but i had to let you know how easy it is
