new makeup brushes

pink power.

so im not one to usually wear lipstick but im trying to venture out. this one was only 99cents at rite-aid so i thought it would be a good start for me. i wore it out the other night and loved it. its a bright pink and is great for summer. me and my roommate would always put on red lipstick before a night out and always wiped it off before we left the apartment. i can handle this color

it was rainy today and i sure was cranky. so i pulled out sinful colors- unicorn to brighten up my mood and nails

favorite blush.

first i should say this is my favorite blush for now. that always changes. but i received lilium as a sample at sephora maybe a year ago and it was a little nugget that me and my roommate always used. when it was finished i ran to sephora to find out it was around twenty five bucks for a new one. so the other day i went to costco and found a stila kit for nine bucks and guess what- yup this was in it.

you can definitely use it as a lip cream but i personally don't. my roommate used it as both and loved it but for some reason the color didn't look right on my lips.

new addiction.

best makeup remover ever. i always just used a good old cotton ball and clinique remover. this towelette makes it so much easier. swipe your whole face and the makeup is gone. i was a little nervous on how it would be with mascara but it comes right off. i guess these are just refill packs i got from costco but it does the job.

shatter.

alright don't mind the messy nails but i had to bring back the shatter. put it on over a light pink essie and it turned out way better in person. for some reason with the shatter over my nail polish i feel like i am able to keep it on longer, doesn't show as many chips.

fresh flowers

thanks to cupcakesandcashmere, me and my dad took part in a father daughter project a couple weeks ago. i loved her idea on this hanging piece and now get fresh flowers in my room every couple days

madden girl.

well you can't beat a ten dollar dsw coupon even if you are broke. bought these madden girl heels a couple weeks ago and finally can get them out of the box

this was my must have purchase- the ray ban clubmasters. Just got them today and can't wait to put them on. Of course its cloudy today but I will still be rocking these shades all day

new makeup.

While I was on break at work the other day I ran down to the cosmetic counter to check on some new mascara. I was planning on buying the Haute & Naughty mac mascara but found this prep+prime, zoom lash, eyeliner, and makeup remover for only $28- couldn't pass that down. So far I really like both of them- definitely have to use the two together. The mascara itself seems very creamy but lasts all day with no smudge.

I wouldn't say im in love but it makes the top five
